life feels more fulfilled

now that I have seen Of Montreal live.

The show included:
+ninjas
+animal costumes
+a brawl between a man in footie pajamas and the pope
+being doused in feathers
+leotards and purple tights
+ men in long, blonde wigs dressed in black spandex
+psuedo Crucifixions

all in all, it was sweeter than a bowl o'cherries.
.. I had fun getting dressed up for the show. Amy and I drew each other chest pieces.

I didn't take very many pictures during the show because, well, I was enjoying the show and dancing like a fool

this is the cross Kevin Barnes was hoisted onto

... he also threw his jacket into the audience during the encore and Amy and I caught it (as did about 5 other people.) we ended up playing dance tug-of-war for about 7 minutes and decided to cut the jacket in half. So, we now have half of Kevin Barne's jacket.
it is probably one of the best souvenirs I have ever gotten.
Oh, and there was snow.
